My Specialties
I offer personalized individual therapy services to support adults on their journeys of healing and growth. I specialize in helping adults heal from all forms of trauma—whether it's from childhood, difficult relationships, major life events, or ongoing emotional distress. Trauma can leave deep marks, shaping how you show up in your relationships, in your body, and in your sense of self. If you’re facing any of the following, I can help:
Trauma - including complex trauma and PTSD
Anxiety
Depression
Relationship Issues
Grief and Loss (including ambiguous loss such as divorce or a parent who is physically present but emotionally absent)
This work isn’t about reliving the past. It’s about understanding how it still lives in you—and creating space to feel safe, connected, and fully alive in your present. If that’s the kind of healing you’re ready for, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a well-researched, evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from trauma and overwhelming life experiences. Whether the wounds stem from childhood—such as emotional neglect, abuse, or growing up in a home where your needs weren’t fully met—or from more recent stressors like grief, burnout, or collective trauma in an uncertain world, EMDR can support deep and lasting healing.
During EMDR, bilateral stimulation (like eye movements, tapping, or sounds) activates the brain’s natural ability to process and integrate distressing memories. This allows painful experiences to be stored in a way that no longer overwhelms your nervous system or hijacks your present-day responses.
I integrate EMDR into therapy to help clients reconnect with their inner strength, release long-held patterns, and find more clarity, emotional freedom, and resilience—especially in a time when so many are carrying invisible burdens.
